Feeling sporty?
This quarantine has kicked my butt. Literally. A big focus for me has been turning a lens on Health and general Wellness. In my free time I do a LOT of Youtube Gym videos. I find it nice to take my mind off of stresses and zone out to the instructor. I’m personally a cult follower of Tony Horton. He’s cheesy, friendly and SO effective in getting results in his very successful P90x and Beachbody workout series.
With just a few small weights, a device to cast (laptop, Alexa with a screen, or even an Iphone), a kettlebell, yoga mat or even using your body weight will get you off to the races with home fitness quickly.
If you’re anything like I am, my first shopping spree ended with a TON of cute new gym outfits including some Amazon Sports Bras, a couple sets of shorts and some tennis whites. Living in leggings outfits has its bonuses.

Sports Bras are tricky. They need to be comfortable, supportive and not have fabric that tears because they are after-all made for high intensity. Here are some great finds for both large and small chests that add support for a number of activities.

What are the best gym leggings for everyday?
These are some of my favorite cult brands and new finds. They are being put to the test as I am needing to wash them way more frequently as I run through them with so many workouts. These are the brands that stand up as real crowd pleasures when it comes to comfort, durability and flexible stretch-fabric. Leggings outfits I’m wearing on repeat are from the following designers.

Lululemon carries clothing for absolutely every fitness related occasion so I appreciate that they cater runners to yogis to active moms. - AdoreMe : This is size-inclusive underwear brand that has slide into women’s work out clothing. I have a pair of leggings and bra set that are the made of the stretchiest most comfortable material. These are second skin and are not only great for exercise, but I love to wear them at home and to bed in the winter. All of their sizes range from XS- 4X.
