The Midi Skirt is back. In days when office wear is becoming more relaxed and business dress no longer has to adhere to the cramped cubicle ways of the 90’s, we seek something more fun! Long Skirts have long been a favorite of women in the business world as well as bohemians. Nothing can feel as powerful as a fitted long skirt. I’ll add that nothing can feel as a powerful as a fitted long statement skirt.
Animal Print skirts when done right can add fun to the workplace as well as your weekend. At 5’11 this Skirt is a must for my own closet as it covers enough to be professional yet I’m not swimming in it. I also find that most retailers sell Mini Skirts that are far too short for my height. Though mini skirts are usually super cute, I proceed with caution when purchasing.
Opting for something more basic on top when the pattern is super loud is great way to strike balance in your outfit. My top pictured here is quite mini (as I was wearing this on a Saturday), but I couldn’t help but fall in love with this leopard print skirt!
